R477-8-20. Workers' Compensation Interference Prohibited

(1) Management may not interfere with an employee's effort to make a claim for workers' compensation. (2) Management may not retaliate against an employee who makes or attempts to make a claim for workers' compensation, reports an employer's non-compliance with Title 34A, Chapter 2, Workers' Compensation Act or Title 34A, Chapter 3, Utah Occupational Disease Act, or testifies or intends to testify in a workers' compensation proceeding.
