R497-100-1. Authority and Purpose

(1) Subsections 26B-1-202(1) and 26B-1-204(1) authorize this rule. (2) This rule establishes requirements for initiating and holding adjudicative proceedings under the department and describes the administrative hearing process and the process for agency and judicial reviews.
