R497-100-8. Stays

(1) The presiding officer may stay an adjudicative proceeding during an investigation or court case that is pending due to the same facts that led to the agency action. (2) If the stay is based on an adjudicative proceeding in a state court of public record, the presiding officer may monitor the public records of that proceeding to determine if the stay should be continued or lifted or if other action shall be taken.
