(1) Section 26B-2-304, Title 26B, Chapter 2, Part 3, Long Term Care Ombudsman, 42 U.S.C. 3058g, and 45 CFR 1324(A) (2025) authorize this rule. (2) This rule facilitates the administration of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program, established pursuant to Section 26B-2-303, 42 U.S.C. 3058g, and 45 CFR 1324(A).
