R156-47b-303.1. Renewal Cycle - Procedures - Massage Establishment

(1) Under Section 58-47b-303.1 and Subsection 58-1-308(1)(a), the renewal date for the two-year renewal cycle for a massage establishment's registration under Title 58, Chapter 47b, Massage Therapy Practice Act is established in Section R156-1-308a and is the same as the renewal cycle for a massage therapist or massage assistant under Subsection R156-47b-303(1). (2) Renewal procedures shall be in accordance with Sections R156-1-308c through R156-1-308e. (3) Under Subsection 58-47b-301.1(6), a massage establishment's registration expires immediately upon the transfer or assignment, or attempted transfer or assignment, of the registration.
