By-laws.

(1) A decentralized autonomous organization shall adopt by-laws that establish internal organization and procedures for the decentralized autonomous organization. (2) The by-laws shall be set out in plain terms. (3) The by-laws of a decentralized autonomous organization may contain any provision for managing the entity and regulating the affairs of the decentralized autonomous organization that is not inconsistent with law.
