Seller's representation of a used mattress -- Bedding records required.

(1) A seller shall represent a mattress tagged "USED" as previously used by a customer. (2) The manufacturer, repairer, wholesale dealer, or retailer of a mattress shall keep an invoice, shipping information, bill of lading, or other record of the mattress at the manufacture, repair, wholesale, or retail location for a minimum of one year from the day on which the invoice, shipping information, bill of lading, or other record was created or received.
