Department authorized to make and enforce rules.

(1) The department is authorized, subject to Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, to make and enforce rules necessary for the administration and enforcement of this chapter. (2) The rules described in Subsection (1) shall include provisions for the identification of each apiary within the state.
