Interstate commerce -- Chapter inapplicable to fuel in transit through state.

(1) Except as provided in Subsection (2), this chapter is inapplicable to motor fuel being transported through this state in interstate commerce. (2) This chapter applies to motor fuel that is consigned or destined for delivery in the state.
