§ 53D-1-702. Board rules on petition for review of director or office decision or action.

(1) The board shall make rules, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, to govern proceedings on a petition under Section 53D-1-701. (2) Rules under Subsection (1) shall ensure procedural due process in proceedings relating to a petition under Section 53D-1-701.
