Industrial hemp laboratory testing.

The department or a laboratory contracted with the department: (1) may test industrial hemp and cannabinoid products; (2) may dispose of non-compliant material; and (3) shall dispose of waste and unused material related to a cannabinoid product in accordance with hazardous waste laws.
