Conservation rules.

The department may make rules, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, to: (1) establish requirements for the training described in Section 4-46-402; and (2) establish the procedures the division shall follow in coordinating state conservation efforts.
