Substance abuse prevention in public school programs.

Except as provided in Section 53F-2-525, the state board shall provide for: (1) substance abuse prevention and education; (2) substance abuse prevention training for teachers and administrators; and (3) district and school programs to supplement, not supplant, existing local prevention efforts in cooperation with local substance abuse authorities.
