§ 53-25-105. Sharing information with statewide criminal intelligence system.

Beginning on July 1, 2025, a law enforcement agency shall: (1) share information from the law enforcement agency's record management system with the department's statewide criminal intelligence system as described in Subsection 53-10-302(8); and (2) coordinate with the department to enter into a memorandum of understanding or related agreement that may be necessary for the sharing of the information described in Subsection (1).
