§ 53-25-601. Definitions.
As used in this part: (1) "Criminal street gang" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-9-802. (2) "Gang loitering" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-9-802. (3) "Public place" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-9-802.
