Reciprocity agreements.

(1) The division may negotiate and enter into an agreement of reciprocity with a foreign jurisdiction or country to facilitate the exchange of a driver license. (2) In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the division may make rules to establish the process for creating, entering into, and maintaining a reciprocity agreement.
