§ 13-1a-101. Definitions.

10/1/2026As used in this chapter: (1) "Director" means the director of the division appointed in accordance with Section 13-1a-103. (2) "Division" means the Division of Corporations and Commercial Code created in Section 13-1a-102. (3) "Executive director" means the executive director of the Department of Commerce appointed under Section 13-1-3.
