§ 13-1a-104. Employment and compensation of personnel -- Compensation of director.

10/1/2026 (1) The director, with the approval of the executive director, may employ personnel necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the division at salaries the executive director establishes according to standards that the Division of Human Resource Management establishes. (2) The executive director shall establish the salary of the director according to standards that the Division of Human Resource Management establishes.
