Unlawful conduct.

It is unlawful for a person who is not licensed or certified under this chapter to: (1) use the titles: (a) state certified behavioral health technician; or (b) licensed behavioral health coach; or (2) represent that the person is, in connection with the person's name or business: (a) a state certified behavioral health technician; or (b) licensed behavioral health coach.
