Unlawful conduct.

As used in this part, "unlawful conduct" includes: (1) practice of behavior analysis unless licensed as a behavior analyst or assistant behavior analyst under this part, registered as a behavior specialist or assistant behavior specialist, or exempted from licensure or registration under this title; or (2) representing oneself as or using the title of licensed behavior analyst or licensed assistant behavior analyst unless currently licensed under this part.
