Grounds for denial of license -- Disciplinary proceedings.

(1) Subject to Subsection (2), grounds for division action are set forth in Sections 58-1-401 and 58-67-503. (2) The division may not refuse, revoke, suspend, or in any way restrict an applicant or licensee's license under this chapter solely because the applicant or licensee seeks or participates in mental health or substance abuse treatment.
