Rulemaking authority -- State authority over scope of practice.

(1) The division may make rules in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, to implement this chapter. (2) Notwithstanding any provision in Sections 58-70c-101 through 58-70c-113, Sections 58-70c-101 through 58-70c-113 do not supersede state law related to an individual's scope of practice under this title.
