Suspension, revocation, or refusal to renew registration.

(1) The division may limit, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a registration of an individual registered under Subsection 58-87-203(1) for conduct that would have justified refusal to issue a certificate of registration under Subsection 58-87-203(2). (2) The division may suspend or revoke the registration of an individual registered under Subsection 58-87-202(2) or renewed under Subsection 58-87-203(5) for any reason for which the division could have refused to grant or renew registration or for conduct that would justify refusal to issue a certificate of registration under Subsection 58-87-203(2).
