§ 13-34-110. Requirement to provide official transcript and diploma to a student.

(1) A postsecondary school shall provide an official transcript or diploma to a student within 60 days of receiving a request from the student or the student's authorized representative. (2) A postsecondary school may charge a reasonable fee to provide a transcript or diploma as described in Subsection (1).
