§ 13-34-204. Reporting material changes to registration statement.

(1) A postsecondary school shall notify the division in writing within 30 days of any material change to any information provided in a registration statement. (2) The division may require a postsecondary school to submit a new registration statement based upon a material change to the information provided in a registration statement.
