Definitions.

As used in this part: (1) "Director" means the director of the office, appointed under Subsection 63A-12-202(2). (2) "Office" means the Government Records Office, created in Subsection 63A-12-202(1). (3) "Records appeal process" means the process described in Title 63G, Chapter 2, Part 4, Appeals.
