§ 63G-6a-604. Processing of bids -- Changes to bids not allowed.

(1) A procurement unit: (a) shall accept bids as provided in the invitation for bids; and (b) may not open a bid until after the deadline for submitting bids. (2) A person who submits a bid may not, after the deadline for submitting bids, make a change to the bid if the change is prejudicial to: (a) the interest of the procurement unit; or (b) fair competition.
