§ 63I-1-275. Repeal dates: Titles 75 through 75E.

7/1/2026 (1) Title 75E, Chapter 7, Domestic Violence Offender Treatment Board, is repealed July 1, 2027. (2) Section 75E-6-102, Creation -- Membership -- Terms -- Vacancies -- Expenses, is repealed July 1, 2029. (3) Section 75E-10-505, Interdisciplinary Parental Representation Pilot Program, is repealed December 31, 2031.
