§ 64-13h-101. Definitions.

As used in this chapter: (1) "Department" means the Department of Corrections. (2) "Fund" means the Rehabilitation and Reentry Services Special Revenue Fund created in Section 64-13h-102. (3) "Offender" means the same as that term is defined in Section 64-13-1.
