§ 64-14-101. Definitions.

As used in this chapter: (1) "Department" means the same as that term is defined in Section 64-13-1. (2) "Division" means the Division of Adult Probation and Parole created in Section 64-14-202. (3) "Executive director" means the same as that term is defined in Section 64-13-1. (4) "Inmate" means the same as that term is defined in Section 64-13-1. (5) "Offender" means the same as that term is defined in Section 64-13-1. (6) "Recidivism" means the same as that term is defined in Section 64-13-1.
