§ 64-14-202. Creation of division -- Appointment of director.

(1) There is created within the department the Division of Adult Probation and Parole. (2) The executive director shall appoint a director of the Division of Adult Probation and Parole who shall manage, direct, and supervise the Division of Adult Probation and Parole.
