Definitions.

As used in this part: (1) "Grant" means a grant awarded under Section 63N-3-1102. (2) "Program" means the Manufacturing Modernization Grant Program created in Section 63N-3-1102. (3) "Targeted industry" means an industry or group of industries targeted by the GOED board under Section 63N-3-111 for economic development in the state.
