Definitions.

As used in this part: (1) "Incentive" means the same as that term is defined in Section 11-41-201. (2) "Large load data center" means the same as that term is defined in Section 11-41-201. (3) "Reinvestment account" means the State Reinvestment Restricted Account created in Section 51-9-1102. (4) "Zone" means a regionally significant development zone that includes, or is proposed to include, a large load data center.
