§ 13-7a-102. Definitions.

7/1/2026As used in this chapter: (1) (a) "Breastfeed" means the act of a woman breastfeeding a child. (b) "Breastfeed" includes lactation. (2) "Breast pump" means a mechanical device used by a woman to express and collect milk from the woman's breasts.
