§ 73-35-205. Records.

7/1/2026 (1) The authority shall maintain a record of the authority and the river commissioner. (2) The authority may classify a record in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 2, Government Records Access and Management Act, including a record described in Subsection 63G-2-305(81).
