§ 73-35-402. Consultants or other professionals.

7/1/2026To advise the authority on matters relating to the authority, the executive director may: (1) employ one or more consultants or other professionals; and (2) employ or retain legal counsel, with the consent of the attorney general, to advise the authority or river commissioner on matters relating to the authority's or river commissioner's operations.
