§ 17B-1-108. Provisions applicable to the procurement of design professional services.

(1) As used in this section, "design professional services" means the same as that term is defined in Section 63G-6a-103. (2) The procurement of design professional services is governed by Title 63G, Chapter 6a, Part 15, Design Professional Services.
