§ 78A-10a-402. Creation -- Purpose.

(1) There is a district and juvenile court nominating commission created for each geographical division of the district and juvenile courts. (2) A district and juvenile court nominating commission shall nominate individuals to fill judicial vacancies for the district court and the juvenile court within the commission's geographical division.
