§ 78A-5b-105. Venue for Constitutional Court.

(1) Title 78B, Chapter 3a, Venue for Civil Actions, does not apply to an action brought in the Constitutional Court. (2) Any requirement in the Utah Code to file or bring an action in a specific district or county does not apply to an action brought in the Constitutional Court.
