§ 10-2-901. Definitions.

As used in this part: (1) "Affected area" means any area that, as a result of the boundary adjustment, is moved from within the boundary of one municipality to within the boundary of another municipality. (2) "Annexing municipality" means a municipality whose boundary includes an affected area as a result of a boundary adjustment. (3) "Municipal records officer" means the same as that term is defined in Section 10-2-801. (4) "Owner of real property" means the same as that term is defined in Section 10-2-801.
