§ 78B-7-904. Notice to victims.

(1) The court shall send notice of permanent criminal stalking injunctions issued under this part to the statewide warrants network or similar system, including the statewide domestic violence network described in Section 78B-7-113. (2) A permanent criminal stalking injunction issued under this part has effect statewide.
