§ 79-4-1002. Veteran access to state parks.

The division shall make rules, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, to grant free admission to state parks to an honorably discharged veteran who: (1) is a resident of the state; and (2) has a current service-connected disability rating issued by the United States Veterans Benefits Administration.
