Record of policies and procedures.

(1) A veterans treatment court shall create a record of policies and procedures adopted to implement Sections 78A-5-305 through 78A-5-312. (2) A veterans treatment court shall seek input from prosecutors, defense attorneys, and other interested persons in developing and adopting policies and procedures to implement Sections 78A-5-305 through 78A-5-312.
