§ 80-4-201. Petition -- Who may file -- Dismissal.

(1) Any interested party, including a foster parent, may file a petition for termination of parental rights. (2) The attorney general shall file a petition for termination of parental rights under this chapter on behalf of the division. (3) The juvenile court may dismiss a petition for termination of parental rights at any stage of the proceedings.
