§ 80-5-701. Youth Parole Authority -- Creation -- Members.

(1) There is created the Youth Parole Authority within the division. (2) (a) The authority is composed of 10 part-time members and five pro tempore members who are residents of this state. (b) No more than three pro tempore members may serve on the authority at any one time.
