§ 81-13-502. Applicability of part.

(1) Sections 81-13-503 through 81-13-505 do not apply to an adoption of a minor child by a stepparent whose spouse is the adoptee's parent. (2) Sections 81-13-503 through 81-13-505 apply only to an adoption of an adoptee born in this state.
