§ 81-15-127. Transitional provision.

(1) This chapter applies to arbitration of a family law dispute under an arbitration agreement made on or after May 7, 2025. (2) If an arbitration agreement was made before May 7, 2025, the parties may agree in a record that this chapter applies to the arbitration.
