§ 81-6-109. Spousal privilege -- Competency of spouses.

(1) A law attaching a privilege against the disclosure of communications between spouses is are inapplicable under this chapter. (2) Spouses are competent witnesses to testify to any relevant matter, including marriage and parentage.
