§ 17C-1-804. Notice required for continued hearing.

The board shall give notice of a hearing continued under Section 17C-1-803 by announcing at the hearing: (1) the date, time, and place the hearing will be resumed; or (2) (a) that the hearing is being continued to a later time; and (b) that the board will cause a notice of the continued hearing to be published for the community, as a class A notice under Section 63G-30-102, for at least seven days before the day on which the hearing is scheduled to resume.
