§ 17-66-106. County officer deputies -- Powers, duties, and liabilities of county officer deputies.

(1) A county officer may appoint one or more deputies in accordance with the requirements of Section 17-75-201. (2) Whenever the title of a county officer is used in any law conferring powers or imposing duties or liabilities, the title of the county officer includes the county officer's deputies.
